Refunds & Cancellations


If granted refunds are dispersed daily.

  • if irreparable damages occur, and item(s) cannot be fixed (in this situation we can either replace the item or give the customer a refund.
  • If you need to start a refund request or you have questions regarding refunds, please email


  • You can cancel your appointment anytime, but if you cancel within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $10.
  • Our cancellation fee is in place to minimize last-minute cancellations - so we can continue to provide our same day handyman service!


Prepayment is required if the customer is not present for the job.

  • we will send you an invoice to the email provided, the invoice must be paid before the work can begin.
  • For jobs larger than $1,000 - If prepayment is required $100% will be paid upfront.
  • Prepayments are made by invoice.

Partial Payments

Partial payments are required for jobs ($300 or more). Typically partial payments are made by paying 30% - 50% upfront and the rest upon completion of work, (Handyman can make adjustments to payments if needed).

Small Task is responsible for damages that he/she commits


Small Task is not responsible for damages made by the customer


At this time we do not issue refunds for painting
